Museum of the Battle of the Bulge – Clervaux, Luxembourg

The Museum of the Battle of the Bulge in Clervaux Castle illustrates this historic battle through documents, uniforms and authentic weapons. Clervaux is the heart of the Luxembourg Ardennes and therefore part of areas which particularly suffered during the Second World War. The Battle of the Bulge, in winter 1944/45, was the last attempt of the Third Reich to nullify the allied forces of the West. After the failure of the attack, Luxembourg again became a free country. The Museum of the Battle of the Bulge remembers this obscure but highly decisive period of the last century.
