Bastogne War Museum – Belgium

Located close to the famous Mardasson Memorial, Bastogne War Museum is a new place of memory dedicated to the Second World War in Belgium. It offers modern and interactive restoration context of the causes, events and consequences of the Second World War through the prism of the Battle of the Bulge.

The Bastogne War Museum revolves around the Second World War, from its roots until the fall of 1944, and around the Battle of the Bulge. The main facts of war and the suffering of the soldiers in order to better understand the big story, you are presented. The center provides a very good overview of what life was like during the occupation of civilians during the battle or even after it. The various consequences of one of the greatest conflict the world has known you are explained.

Taking place in a brand new building with bold architecture, the Bastogne War Museum is located on the former site of the Bastogne Historical Center. The original layout of the memory center is more modern. The new museum itinerary is dotted ” scenovision ‘”true staged unpublished, multisensory and in three dimensions.
